We love giving you, our customers, more than you might expect. You will no doubt be expecting a guarantee of 24 months on shoes. That is your right. But at BÄR, we will give you a guarantee of 36 months, 12 months more than you were probably expecting. That is our understanding of the concept of service. Free laces

If one of your laces should snap, you do not have to find new laces and pay good money for them. BÄR provides you with the original laces free of charge. That is value added. That is what BÄR service is all about.
